Existing law establishes the Department of Consumer Affairs within the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 100 of the Business and Professions Code is amended to read:

There is in the state government, in the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency, a the Department of Consumer Affairs.
