The State Contract Act generally governs contracting between state agencies and private contracts.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the provision naming that act.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 10100 of the Public Contract Code is amended to read:

10100.

This chapter may be cited as is known, and may be cited, as the State Contract Act.
