Existing law specifies that the singular includes the plural, and the plural includes the singular for the purposes of the Government Code.

This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 13 of the Government Code is amended to read:
