An act relating to the San Gabriel River.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST
Existing law establishes the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy in the Natural Resources Agency and prescribes the functions and duties of the conservancy with regard to the protection, preservation, and enhancement of specified areas of the Counties of Los Angeles and Orange located along the San Gabriel River and the lower Los Angeles River and tributaries along those rivers.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to the San Gabriel River.
The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to the San Gabriel River.
