An act to amend Section 798.28 of the Civil Code, relating to mobilehome parks.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST
The Mobilehome Residency Law governs residency in mobilehome parks and requires the management of a mobilehome park to disclose the name, business address, and business telephone number of the park owner upon a homeowner’s request.
This bill would require the disclosure to be made within 10 business days upon the receipt of a written request of a homeowner.
The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 798.28 of the Civil Code is amended to read:
798.28.
The management of a mobilehome park shall disclose, in writing, within 10 business days, the name, business address, and business telephone number of the mobilehome park owner upon the receipt of a written request of a homeowner.
