7585.4.

Upon approval by the bureau of a firearms training facility, the chief shall issue to the facility a “Firearms Training Facility Certificate.” The certificate is valid only when the firearms training facility has in its employ a firearms training instructor who has been certified by the bureau. The certificate shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the facility.
