Business and Professions Code § 8672.1

8672.1.

(a) As used in this chapter, “original applicator’s license” means an applicator’s license issued for an individual who did not have a license on the preceding June 30.

(b) For the purposes of this chapter, a renewal of an applicator’s license means an applicator’s license issued to an individual who had an applicator’s license on June 30 of the preceding renewal period.
