On or before December 30, 2028, again on or before December 30, 2030, and again on or before December 30, 2032, the department shall submit a report to the appropriate policy committees of the Legislature detailing the successes, best practices, barriers or constraints, and outcomes of Dream Resource Centers funded with grants pursuant to this article. The report shall include the data collected pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 54682.
