Elections Code § 21554

21554.

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) “Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Merced.

(b) “Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Merced established pursuant to Section 21556.

(c) “Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
