Elections Code § 21560

21560.

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) “Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Fresno.

(b) “Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Fresno established pursuant to Section 21562.

(c) “Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
