38926.5.

Nondairy frozen dessert mix is a product in a final, dry, or concentrated form used in the manufacture of nondairy frozen dessert. It shall comply with all the requirements of nondairy frozen dessert. It shall have been pasteurized or otherwise subjected to a process that has been proven, to the satisfaction of the director, to be equally effective.
