Repeal scheduledThis section repeals itself on January 1, 2031 by its own provisions.

8405.4.

This article shall become inoperative on April 1, 2030, and as of January 1, 2031, is repealed.

(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 472, Sec. 29. (SB 262) Effective January 1, 2020. Inoperative April 1, 2030. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 9.1, commencing with Section 8405.)
