12894.7.

Any contract with the Western Climate Initiative, Incorporated entered into in furtherance of the provisions in Sections 12894 and 12894.5 shall be considered a membership agreement and shall not be subject to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 12100) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.
