63048.55.

For the purposes of this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) “Department” means the State Department of Public Health.

(b) “Revolving fund” means the Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund established pursuant to Section 116760.30 of the Health and Safety Code.
