Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) “Authority” means the North Lake Tahoe Transportation Authority created under this title.

(b) “Board” means the board of directors of the authority.

(c) “Transportation” means mobility infrastructure including trails and transit.
