(a) An intermittent, part-time interpreter may not be an employee of more than one trial court, but may accept appointments to provide services to more than one trial court through cross-assignments.
(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2025.
(Repealed (in Sec. 8) and added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 556, Sec. 9. (AB 1032) Effective January 1, 2024. Operative January 1, 2025, by its own provisions.)
