Health and Safety Code § 11481

11481.

(a) The panel shall, annually and in the manner determined by the panel, report to the Legislature and the Governor those research projects approved by the panel, the nature of each research project, whether it was approved under the expedited process set forth in subdivision (c) of former Section 11480.1, and where available, the conclusions of the research project.

(b) This section shall become operative January 1, 2028.
