(a) The Department of Housing and Community Development is hereby continued in existence in the California Housing and Homelessness Agency.
(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2026.
(Repealed (in Sec. 76) and added by Stats. 2026, Ch. 28, Sec. 77. (SB 170) Effective June 29, 2026. Operative July 1, 2026, by its own provisions.)
