50913.

(a) For its activities under this division, the executive director shall prepare a preliminary budget on or before December 1 of each year for the ensuing fiscal year to be reviewed by the Secretary of California Housing and Homelessness, the Director of Finance, and the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2026.
