(a) The agency shall prepare a preliminary budget for the agency’s activities under this part on or before December 1 of each year for the ensuing fiscal year, to be reviewed by the Secretary of California Housing and Homelessness, the Director of Finance, and the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.
(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2026.
