Health and Safety Code § 53501

As used in this part, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a) “Committee” means the Housing Finance Committee created pursuant to Section 53524.
(b) “Fund” means the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund created pursuant to Section 53520.
