Penal Code § 6240.6

6240.6.

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

(a) “Board” means the Board of Corrections.

(b) “Department” means the Department of Corrections.

(c) “Center” means a substance abuse community correctional detention center.

(d) “Construction” means new construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, or replacement of facilities, or a combination thereof.

(e) “Facility” means the physical buildings, rooms, areas, and equipment used for the purpose of a substance abuse community correctional detention center.
