Repeal scheduledThis section repeals itself on January 1, 2040 by its own provisions.

1966.17.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2040, and as of that date, is repealed.

(Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 158, Sec. 1. (AB 2432) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2040, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 3, commencing with Section 1966.10. Exception: Section 1966.16 is repealed on January 1, 2033.)
