50780.4.

(a) A “land assessment seat,” for purposes of this chapter, means a seat held by a trustee elected by voters as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 50780.10 in accordance with Sections 50701, 50702, 50704, and 50704.5.

(b) For the purpose of voting for a trustee to hold a land assessment seat, each voter may cast his or her votes for each land assessment seat in accordance with this part.
