Welfare and Institutions Code § 1793

1793.

The Director of the Youth Authority shall develop standards for the operation of programs funded under Sections 1792, 1792.1 and 1792.2. He shall seek advice from interested citizens, appropriate representatives of public and private agencies and youth groups in developing such standards.
