Welfare and Institutions Code § 8257.02

8257.02.

(a) The California Interagency Council on Homelessness shall be administered by an executive officer of the California Interagency Council on Homelessness.

(b) The executive council may delegate authority to the executive officer to act in the name of the executive council between meetings of the executive council.
